Jack Walding
Managing Director

I founded Inox Interiors in 2022 after spending over 10 years working as a carpenter on the tools. While the company name existed before then, it was originally a dormant company owned by my dad, who successfully ran Inox Equip for over 30 years. Inox Interiors had never traded until I took the opportunity to launch the business and build it from the ground up.
What started as a one-man operation has grown into a trusted carpentry and interiors contractor with a fantastic team delivering projects across both the commercial and residential sectors. Over the years, we have expanded our portfolio to complete works on a wide range of developments, including care homes, schools, hospitals, prisons, and new-build housing sites.
As Managing Director, my role is to oversee the day-to-day running of the business, support our team, and ensure we consistently deliver the level of service and quality that our clients expect. From the outset, I have built the business on honesty, reliability, and strong working relationships. I believe every project is important, regardless of its size, and deserves the same commitment, attention to detail, and professional approach.
I am incredibly proud of how far the business has come since 2022 and excited about what the future holds for both our team and our clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, spending quality time with my family, and enjoying the occasional beer with friends.
Matthew O’Key
Project Manager

My name is Matthew, and I have over 30 years of experience in all aspects of site carpentry and joinery. Throughout my career, I have built extensive knowledge across both residential and commercial construction projects, specialising in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, fire door installations, and high-quality finishing work.
For the past 10 years, I have successfully managed and delivered large-scale carpentry projects for some of the UK’s leading construction companies. I take pride in providing high-quality workmanship, strong attention to detail, and maintaining exceptional standards across every project I undertake.
I have held an SSSTS qualification for over 10 years, giving me a strong understanding of site safety, project coordination, and efficient site management. My approach is professional, dependable, and focused on delivering quality craftsmanship on time and to specification.
I joined Inox interiors in April 2026, to continue my career progression as a project manager.
Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, spending time with my family and, of course, a pint or two.

I joined Inox Interiors Ltd in 2025 as Construction Director, bringing with me over 23 years of experience in the carpentry and construction industry, including the last 16 years successfully running my own business. Throughout my career, I have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship, developing long-lasting client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed professionally, safely, and to the highest standards.
My experience covers all aspects of carpentry and construction, from residential developments and commercial projects to specialist refurbishment works within the care sector. Having worked on a wide range of projects throughout my career, I understand the importance of quality, programme management, communication, and client satisfaction in delivering successful outcomes.
As Construction Director, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including project delivery, resource planning, client liaison, contract management, health and safety compliance, quality control, and team development. I work closely with our site teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the high standards that Inox Interiors is known for. I believe in leading from the front and take a hands-on approach, supporting my team wherever needed to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
I am passionate about maintaining the highest standards across every aspect of the business and take great pride in leading a dedicated team that shares the same values of professionalism, reliability, and excellence.
My goal is to continue driving the growth and success of Inox Interiors while building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring every project is completed to the highest possible standard. Working closely with our team, I strive to create a positive culture where quality workmanship, teamwork, and customer satisfaction remain at the heart of everything we do.
Outside of work, I enjoy coaching youth rugby and spending time with my family. Rugby has taught me the importance of teamwork, leadership, discipline, and personal development - values that I bring into my professional life every day.

I have worked in the construction industry for the past 10 years, having completed my NVQ Level 2 qualification and Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) certification. My background primarily consists of working on commercial new-build and refurbishment projects, with extensive experience in second-fix carpentry and the installation of fire doors.
I joined Inox Interiors in 2023 as an operative, utilising my experience in fire door installation to carry out both fire door installations and remediation works. Alongside these works, I gained further experience and training in the installation of hygienic wall cladding systems, including both trimmed and welded applications.
In 2025, I was offered the opportunity to progress into a management role, a position I have held since then. My primary responsibility is overseeing the commercial projects undertaken by Inox Interiors, covering both carpentry and hygienic wall cladding works. I also manage refurbishment projects delivered in-house.
A key aspect of my role is ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. I prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), ensuring they are communicated, understood, and signed by all relevant personnel. I also deliver toolbox talks to promote safe working practices across our sites.
In addition, I coordinate material procurement and site deliveries to maintain programme schedules and minimise disruption. Every project presents its own unique challenges, and I enjoy finding practical solutions to ensure successful outcomes for our clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy socialising with friends and spending quality time with my young family.

I joined Inox Interiors in May 2024 as Commercial Director. I oversee the financial and commercial side of the business, helping to ensure we operate efficiently and continue to grow sustainably.
My responsibilities range from managing finances and supporting strategic decisions to assisting with pricing, procurement, and project-specific requirements. I work closely with our team, clients, and suppliers to help deliver successful projects and maintain the high standards of quality and service that define Inox Interiors. I enjoy being involved in all areas of the business and contributing to the company's ongoing success.
Outside of work I enjoy playing golf, watching cricket and enjoy a cold pint or three.
Luke Farr
Quantity Surveyor

I'm a Quantity Surveyor at INOX, having trained and qualified in the role after starting my career working for a flooring contractor — an experience that gave me a real depth of knowledge in flooring before I moved into the commercial side of the business. That background still shapes my specialism today, and I currently oversee carpentry, joinery, fire door supply, and installation, as well as pushing our flooring and Whiterock sector.
I oversee the commercial side of projects from start to finish - estimating, quoting, negotiating terms, and building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors alike.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me on the golf course.
