Carpentry Works Underway Across 112 Taylor Wimpey Homes

Two South Midlands developments scheduled through to 2027

Inox Interiors Ltd has commenced a major carpentry package for Taylor Wimpey South Midlands, covering 112 homes across the EMP2 and EMP3 developments.

Works began in March and comprise 34 plots at EMP2 and a further 78 plots at EMP3. The programme is scheduled to continue through to 2027.

The appointment represents another significant addition to our growing residential portfolio and strengthens our presence in the South Midlands region.

Delivering carpentry works across two active developments requires detailed planning, reliable programming and close coordination with the client and other trades. Our team will maintain a consistent approach across all 112 plots, with a continued focus on workmanship, safe delivery and meeting the requirements of the wider construction programme.
