Refurbishment Works to Begin at Frognal House

Linen store refurbishment commencing 1 September 2026

Inox Interiors Ltd is preparing to commence the complete refurbishment of an existing linen store at Frognal House on 1 September 2026.

The project will begin with the full strip-out of the existing room, including the removal of its current fixtures and finishes. Our team will then renew the electrical installation, fit new lighting and install new flooring throughout.

Half-height hygienic wall cladding will provide a durable and easy-to-clean finish suited to the operational requirements of a care environment. New commercial-standard wire racking will complete the space, creating a practical and robust storage facility for the care team.

As Frognal House will remain operational throughout the refurbishment, the works will be carefully planned to protect residents, staff and visitors. Particular attention will be given to cleanliness, safe access and minimising disruption to the home’s daily activities.
