Inox Interiors Appointed on 68-Bedroom Stafford Care Home

Full carpentry package for Kori Construction

Inox Interiors Ltd has been appointed by main contractor Kori Construction to deliver the full internal carpentry package for a new-build, 68-bedroom care home in Stafford.

Our comprehensive second-fix package covers the bedrooms, communal spaces, staff facilities and ancillary areas throughout the development.

The works include the installation of fire doors and associated door sets, architraves, skirting boards, handrails, door grounds, fixtures, fittings and equipment, together with door ironmongery and associated finishing works.

Fire door installation will form a particularly important part of the package. Doors, frames, seals, ironmongery and associated components will be installed in accordance with the project specification, manufacturers’ requirements and applicable fire-performance standards.

Delivering a consistent finish across a development of this scale will require careful planning and close coordination. Our team will work alongside Kori Construction, other trades and the wider project team to maintain progress throughout the construction programme.

The project is currently scheduled for completion in February 2027. We look forward to sharing updates as the development progresses.
